Experience London's grim history at the London Dungeon 
Enjoy a 90-minute thrilling journey through 1000 years of London's past, experience 360 degree sets with gripping storytelling and live actors and hear, smell and feel the history of London! You and your family can also enjoy the two exciting underground rides. 

How do I get my tickets?
Shortly after your booking is complete your e-ticket send directly to your email. Mobile tickets are accepted. 

How does it work?

Madame Tussauds: Please arrive at your confirmed date and time. Scan the barcode on your e-ticket at door 2 and start your visit of Madame Tussauds.

To guarantee access to the other attractions and avoid queues at the ticket desk, you can book your date and time slot in advance by login in to The BIG London Adventure booking portal. The booking portal’s address and how to login will be clearly stated on your e-ticket.

Once your attraction visits have been booked via the booking portal, instructions apply as follow:

London Eye: Join the Standard Experience boarding point at the time booked and confirmed on the booking portal. Please note: Your ticket is a standard ticket, not a Fast-Track ticket.

The London Dungeon: Show up at the entry for the next starting show at the time booked and confirmed in the booking portal.

Attractions not pre-booked via the booking portal will be subject to availability at time of visit and will require visiting the ticket desk to get booked into the next available timeslot. Immediate availability is not guaranteed.  

How long are my tickets valid?
Your ticket to Madame Tussauds is valid on the chosen the day and time slot shown on your e-ticket. You can plan you visit to the other attractions anytime subject to availability within 90 days of your Madame Tussauds confirmed date.

What ticket types is available?
Adult (16+)
Child (3-15)
Infant (0-2): Free of charge

Children under 16 must be accompanied by a legal adult (18+)

How do I get my 10% discount voucher? 
On your e-ticket there is a link to your exclusive 10% discount voucher for Madame Tussauds souvenir shop. Just print the discount voucher and present it to the cashier at Madame Tussauds souvenir shop to redeem your 10% discount. 

Important information: 
- Your tickets for Coca-Cola London Eye are standard tickets, where you skip the line at the box office. But there might be lines to the gondola, which you do not skip!
- The discount is compared to the price at the door*.

Your e-tickets will be emailed directly to you shortly after your booking is complete.
(The e-tickets you receive are valid for ALL the attractions in this package deal. You simply scan the same e-tickets at the attractions, and in you go!)

How does it work?
The date and time you book are for your visit to: Madame Tussauds.

How do I book date and time for the other attractions in this package deal?
On your e-tickets, you will find a link to our booking portal. Here you easily book date and time for the other attractions.
Also, you do not have to visit the attractions on the same day. You have full flexibility and can book the dates and time that suits you best.

Can I change date and time?
No problem! In the same booking portal on your e-tickets, you can also change date and time if needed – It’s so easy!

We highly recommend that you do book date and time for all your attractions. Attractions with no pre-booked date and time will be subject to availability at time of visit and will require visiting the ticket desk to get booked into the next available timeslot. Immediate availability is not guaranteed.

The time(s) you book for is the time to arrive at the attractions and join the line. It is not possible to join line before your booked timeslot.
